There’s literally nothing about Harrow going away and then coming back to find he’s been replaced. In the last episode his only really dialogue is as the psychiatric doctor.

You can read the transcripts online ( just copies of the subtitles so there usually aren’t speaker labels) and I’ve not seen anything like that in there.

It’s something that makes perfect sense of course! It’s not like they did much on what his quitting actually meant, apart from him not liking Khonshu any more.

Yeah it fits perfectly. He's blipped away, Konshu is like oh I can't sense him anymore! Oh well time to find a new sucker (like he did when he couldn't sense Marc anymore, he didn't waste any time trying to recruit another). And when Harrow reappears 5 years later, not knowing what happened and assuming they were still in an exclusive relationship - dude would get mad.

I've only just started and finished watching this and I kept thinking it's Kevin Bacon even though I knew it wasn't! 🤣

 

I've been watching this, Ms Marvel and Obi Wan around the same time and this has been my favourite of the 3.  Ms Marvel is great fun though.

This post prompted me to look it up on the Oracle of Bacon. Turns out that they've very recently been filming Leave the World Behind together, so when that's released, Hawke will have a Bacon Number of 1.

 

That's his movie Bacon Number, anyway: it doesn't say anything about quantifying their family tree, unfortunately.
