Can raining cause extra problems/delays when it's a night race? I honestly can't recall if it's rained at a night race before.

What we need is a wet race to spice this season up, it’s gone to garbage. I hope the race starts with rain and we aren’t overly cautious. It is pouring heavily though 😊

Most obvious is the fact there’s no sun out to help dry the track quicker.  Plus dry parts of the track under bridges and so on.

The way the track didn’t dry yesterday suggests that this race won’t start any time soon.

I would have expected the drains to be pretty capable of dealing with monsoon conditions. I think will get started.

With the rain due to stop soon, it should be a perfect scenario with a very wet track but no need to delay it any more than necessary.

The weather radar looks to be the same as on GT7, expect it to be dry then raining around 10 secs after you put slicks on with no rain on the radar…

More rain doesn’t look likely at the moment. Always hard to tell in Singapore though!
