I got slapped around a bit at the start but once i got the timing the shoulder button dodges and parry did the work. Can't wait to see the other bosses if the first was that OTT! Also was anyone else stuck an embarassing amount of time on the Grave puzzle before figuring it out? haha

Honestly, it had my brain all over the place! But felt great once it clicked properly... I think I just assumed it would be a total cake walk and that was my downfall as by the time I realised I had moved the beams all over the shop!

I put 5 hours into the second island yesterday and am coming to the end of it, i think. Ares island is an amazing playground , way bigger than Kronos, with some excellent mini bosses and platforming challenges. I love how the music gets more layered and detailed the more of the island you unlock. Makes it feel like it is coming back to life with you. Some real sweaty palms platform challenges in the floating islands over the sea. The time just flies in this there is so little downtime and so much to do.

I see Data Discs are doing a vinyl release of the soundtrack, but it doesn’t have tracks with vocals, or the CyberSpace tracks.

 

Has anyone bought the deluxe version of the game? Interested to know what tracks are on the included soundtrack.

 

edit: I found the list, it can only be played in-game though?! Luckily someone has ripped and uploaded a copy on the dark side of the web!

I just hope they can push out a performance patch to help with the pop in. I don't get too hung up on technical details as long as it's 60fps (which this is) but it does take the shine off. None of the cyberspace levels suffer with pop in at all, so it seems to be an issue with the amount of assets the game has to draw at any moment (depending where you are facing)
