MS first party games are big sellers on Steam, likely for these reasons. Competition works!

Indeed! It says everything about the horrendous mess that the Windows Store and subsequently the Xbox App were, that most people would prefer paying full price on Steam for each individual game over a few bucks for all of the games.

This is great news. I have several drives on my main machine and for whatever reasons have GP titles dotted about across them all. Grinds my nads that I can't freely see what's installed on where. Sure my deleted Master Chief collection didn't fully uninstall after an update error made me get rid.

Nice - about time they washed off the stink of UWP or whatever the fuck that disaster was. The non file access and restricted install management and issues came from that nonsense. I remember people were defending it to the hilt a while ago LOL
