He killed someone by doing over 70mph in a 30mph zone, in wet conditions, while being very drunk.  A mistake is forgetting to stab the plastic film on your microwavable curry. 

 

His initial sentancing was ludicrously soft in the first place in my opinion.  The fact that he was able to buy his way out of it with what is about half his current weekly wage is appalling.

The person that died voluntarily got into a car with a drunk driver though, which of course doesn’t mean she deserved to die but it’s not as if he ran over an innocent bystander.

 

I agree the sentence was weak and that Spanish thing where you can buy your way out is mad. I just think at some point you have to move on and realise a person isn’t totally defined by something they did once.

I just looked at those posts, and he was quite specifically not ‘defending Greenwood’. Although some people were certainly choosing to read it as if he were.

well Mino Raiola's dead so at least we wont have to deal with that cunt any longer for transfers. I'm not totally heartless I'm sure its terribly sad for his family, but that doesnt mean *I* have to be sad he's gone.
