Early in the morning on a car journey from Kanchanaburi to Nan.

Pitstop

Kodak Gold 200 and RolleiflexT

I originally got these photos (processed and) scanned in Thailand. Here is the lab scan on a scanner about 30 times the price of the cheap one I use. It's probably more accurate as to how the film "should" look if printed.

I got myself a large format 4x5 film camera recently. I've had a bunch of issues with light leaks at first  but have got them sorted out now. This is the first picture that's worked mostly as I'd hoped without any real defects. It's test shot of a local church to make sure everything's working ok before I venture further afield with the camera, but it's come out quite nicely.

It’s a nice shot.

What large format did you get? I was looking into Intrepid camera backs recently, but decided it would work out too expensive with lenses and a decent tripod.

I got a Chroma 4x5. I had intended to get an Intrepid but when someone put their Croma technical camera up for sale complete with a lens, film holders, bag, a load of film, and other accessories, it was too good to miss. It would have cost me quite a bit more otherwise.

Think it's been a while since I last put a photo of the moon in here:

This was from my front driveway in Kent the night after the last full moon. (Full moon night was completely cloudy, plus a night either side gives a bit more relief effect at the edge anyway).

Canon EOS 600D on a tripod, Canon EF 75-300mm lens at 300mm with a 2x Kenko tele-extender, cabled shutter release. ISO 100, f5.6, 1/250s exposure. Cropped and processed on iPhone.
