Also, my playthrough on Series X came out muddy and dull via the console's capture due to a conflict regarding HDR. GAH.

Honestly, I think that's being unfair to Shenmue, which is astonishing to see (well, hear) in this day and age. We're at sub-Manga Entertainment levels of translation and dub, and I am here for it.
