Potential Bug & Fix:
If a district shows you’re missing a store even though it shows “completed” when scrolling over the store items, simply buy something from the stores again and it should fix itself (it’s usually a Gun Shop that bugged). In my case I had 2 gun shops show as “completed” but the district completion showed them missing. Buying ammo from those district shops again fixed it. If a clothing shop or tattoo shop bugs out simply buy a different item from them, or if you already bought everything try re-equipping something at the shop.

@glbThanks, I had tried equipping something and it didn't seem to do anything but I'll give it another go tonigot with a couple of items and see if that works.

I had to revisit a gun store to trigger the trophy. Bit of a faff but will hopefully work.

It fixed it, the 100% is back on.  I think there is only a few main missions to go, my wingsuit flying will need to improve if I want all the side missions done.

I had one achievement glitch on me at the time, one where killing an Idol leader in a side mission didn't count. Be nice if the coming big patch rejigs that.
