That was a wonderful game of football. Fell asleep at nine last night so just woke up and watched the second half and post-match interviews. Leeds are such a hugely entertaining and chaotic team to watch, need them in the Premier League. Wolves are great too and the red card (deserved) did utterly change the complexion of the match. Hope all those injuries aren't too severe - Neves, Bamford, Meslier etc - are all super players.

Didnt see the game and just checking the results. How did both teams make 4 substitutes and was that also why there was so much added time?

1 was concussion.  Pretty much.  There was a period where the teams couldn’t make more than a couple of tackles without someone falling over and getting injured.

I'm unsure if Villa - Arsenal is going to be a cracking game full of attacking intent, or two teams spending 4 mins of total playing time and the other 86 rolling around on the floor being treated for 'head injuries'. We're reaching potentially the zenith of shithousery.

After 3 games where protesters got on the pitch (and one was successful)I wouldn’t be surprised if there was more of the same today.

After being shite (really shite) for 20 minutes, Palace have pulled their fingers out.

Fantastic second goal and build up.

Couldn't go today for family reasons, hoping we can see this out and I can take my two eldest to their first Wembley experience.

Viera has quietly done a good job at Selhurst Park in building the squad - wasn't it something like 10 players under contract or similar?  I know that Gallagher and Zaha have had most of the headlines but Olise is a fantastic player and beginning to get the attention he deserves.

They are still blaming Rafa on the socials though.

Frank is still blaming Rafa as well. He's very insistent about things that were happening before he arrived. If they get relegated I'm sure he'll ensure the history books reflect that Everton were doomed before he tried to heroically save them.

Lampard failed to get a Derby County side that had Mason Mount, Fikayo Timori and Harry Wilson promoted, lost an FA Cup final to Arsenal and now possibly going to be in charge when Everton are relegated even though they weren't in the bottom three when he took over. On the plus side the way Everton are playing they aren't going to need to spend anywhere near £40m on Dele Alli.

When Dele was at Spurs he frustrated the heck out of me. Now he's at Everton I keep forgetting he even exists. His only notable contribution at Everton so far has been coming on for a nice ovation at Spurs. Honestly think he'll retire before 30.
