I wouldn't be surprised if it's the sheer amount of new Gamepass players. The word of mouth from the demo was very positive so I expect there was a shit load of new players across all platforms too.

Geez it took five years to make this? I'm at the last boss in about 6 hours of play

Choose a lane! You seem to bump from pillar to post with your opinions, and its kinda tiresome.

I've played 14 hours according to Steam, and i'm nowhere near the end. So, whats the difference?

That he’s about to finish it in around a quarter of the time that it looks likely it’s going to take you? Surely you can sympathise with his disappointment at that no?

I didn't say I didn't like it. I said if it took five years to make this and its that short I'd be sitting them down and querying wtf they have been doing for five years. Two hour jousting matches each day?

I think it's a pretty fun game. Janky, but fun. Kinda like too human. My main critiscm is it differs from the same issue as many looter shooters. Items you get are immediately replaced by better stuff within a short time period. I got a legendary shotgun drop last night (the model is awesome) but within minutes it's was lagging behind the basic drops for the area. Sure I could upgrade it etc but why waste resources until the end game doing that.

I've been stuck at 'signing in' for 10 mins. I do really want to play the game but that is balanced by the fact it's essentially free, so I'm not massively fussed if I can't get on all the time.

If I'd paid for it on PC like I was planning to do tho...

Check this out, it looks like the idea is to scrap everything that is too low power because you keep the mods and apply them to other weapons for very cheap.

Every single new always online game has this problem. Every single one. You don't have to live in a cave full of dodgy gas in Delphi to foresee server issues.

I'm so bored of it.

I understand why it's so difficult to deal with though. Every single developer knows their servers will likely be overwhelmed during launch period but it's not worth them paying the extra money for the extra capacity they will probably only get a few days use out of, after which concurrent player numbers will likely drop dramatically.

It's all over the shant this morning. Took 3 attempts to get in then kicked me at the end of a mission. Fucking pad nearly went through the TV.

We couldn't get on to play last night, so decided to go to bed at 9pm instead of playing, and set our alarms for 4am to play whilst the servers weren't as overloaded. It worked, until 6.15am when people started to wake up
