I think the team are pretty small who are doing it, same guys who did streets of rage, so that’s indie in my book. Also, I didn’t care much for hollow knight.

I thought Windjammers was one of those old Neo Geo ports. Is it? And is Windjammers 2 a modern-day sequel, SoR4 style?

 

EDIT: Yes to all of the above. Yeah, that’d be an indie game right enough.

A modern day sequel as far as I can tell. Not sure what they could do with the formula, but it looks ace.

Axiom Verge 2 has been delayed until next year. The developer commented about it a couple of months ago.

I'm the same - the first game kick-started the Metroidvania renaissance for me. 

 

Hoping we see more Sports Story.

 

And while I'm trying to not get my hopes up, this really isn't helping...

It was. They've said with Silksong they're prioritising Switch and PC with no other platforms announced yet. They're an exceptionally small team, so I'm sure PS5 and Series X will follow when those versions are out.
