109 at mine.

Sorry - missed this. My daughter hogged the switch anyway. Managed to make nothing nor lose anything this week...

My turnip prices have been consistently shit since I started buying them.

Anyone's Daisy Mae who sells sub b100 turnips who could open with a Dodo code? Both the missus and I have fairly high prices this morning ( b109 and b105 respectively) and we'd love to buy some at a lower price, especially since my missus don't have a lot of bells and wants to get max profit out of them.

Turnip price is 93 today

You're on my friends list so I'll open for friends for the moment, could your other half add me? She's on the lower west side of the map. You need to cross a couple of bridges or pole vault there (my island is extremely bare and crappy at the moment!)

Anybody from here that wants to add me as a friend, feel free. I'll be busy doing other stuff, but can leave my island open and I'll listen for friend requests and add them as they arrive :)

Thanks again for opening. I'm now set up for a little injection on my savings account which is needed as the daily luxury item in Nooks Cranny is usually between b130k and b220k

No worries...missed your "don't tell me what to do" comment and just saw it now in the chat log :)  I'm hoping I can make some good money this week, get the last of my Amiibo villagers in, then start working on the island!

After taking a break last week, spanked 300k on nips this morning. The catalogue is starting to get expensive and a couple of weeks to build up some savings will be useful. Especially as once my flower shenanigans are complete I will embark on a total remodel.

Bought via the good price at @SteveH, thanks for opening!

Probably be the last week I automatically do nips as will trigger the final Nook Mile target with this weeks profit

What target is that? The 10 million one? I think I got that last week, but I'm not sure. I simply don't understand where all my money disappears to, I had about 6 million in the ABD last week and now I've "only" got a couple of millions. I purchased nips for around 500k this morning at @SteveH in hope of getting a couple million in return but overall I don't see myself spending a lot of money in the foreseeable future as it seems I've bought most of the clothes I care for at Mabels and there are only a couple of items each week in the cranny that seems worthy to add to my collection.

On the other hand, visiting some of you fine folks's islands there seems to be loads of stuff I'm still missing out on, like fantastic tables, beds, weird utilities and stuff I've never even seen before so money might be needed for a while after all.

Also, I can't shake the feeling that Nintendo will drop an update with loads of new stuff to aquire, both via bells and nook miles so maybe it's a good thing my island (and house) is far from finished.

Yeah, 10 mil, I fell just short of it this week as sold mid 400's rather than waiting like I should have till there was someone with a 550ish price.  Realised about 2 seconds after selling

Other than 2.2 mil for the 2 crowns and a spate of redoing all my bridges I've not spent too much recently so my ABD balance is not really moving much

I'm four days through six days of Island of the Mannequins hell and the snot nosed Daisy Mae hasn't appeared for me this morning?  Could the mannequins have caused this?

I'm sorry for the hell you're going through with the mannequins, I was there a couple of weeks ago and it's simply not something I'd want to do again. On the other hand, having all rocks in one confinded space is wonderful and made it worth the effort.

Regarding Daisy Mae I'm quite certain she's around somewhere, perhaps stuck between mannequins behind a building or some trees that isn't very obvious.

I went to @SteveH this morning to buy, he told me she was due west from the airport and that's where I found her on my first trip. On the second trip she seemed to have vanished and I ran around the island three times before I found her behind a house. I only found her as I changed the camera angle to top down view, from the normal viewing angle she was impossible to spot so have another trip around your island, mate.

Was selling for 105 on my island but still bought 8000 of them.

If you manage to sell them for b300+ the b100k you spent extra doesn't matter a jolt.

Can someone answer a stupid question I could probably Google?

Using turnipprophet.io, How come people are so certain about the future based on only the sale price, last week and current am price? Is it that the buy price defines the week ahead?

I ask because on what I've punched in it says I'm either getting a large spike, small spike, or decreasing (which is the uncertainty i'd expect).

My hope is that this week a big sale will get me the last miles achievement, pay off my last mortgage, and I can maybe give up the ol' 'nip game for a while. I find it weirdly stressful, despite the fact that the kind will of people here hasn't actually made me a loss yet, so I don't really know why I'm fretting!
