You can get Nazarick and Weebicross to tide you over till they do.

I'm gonna buy S7, I just want the comfort of knowing there's another one after I've done that. I started Murder By Numbers and it's good but there's something off about the controls that means I can't fully get in the zone. It's such a nitpick I know but legitimately only the Jupiter Picross games scratch that specific itch.

I'm playing Picross S Mega Drive & Master System Version. Why are the pictures you uncover in both standard Picross and Mega Picross the same? Is the idea that you simply play through the one type of picross you prefer? Or did they run out of Sega games to use?

All the Jupiter Picross games are like that. Consider one the normal mode, the other the hard mode. They change the order about but that's it.

Thanks. Does this mean I can unlock all the Clip Picross puzzles without bothering with Mega Picross?

Slightly off-topic but the new Zachtronics game Last Call BBS (now available on PC Game Pass) has a mode called Dungeons and Diagrams that thoroughly stimulates the Picross pleasure sensors. The aim is to solve grid-based logic puzzles but instead of drawing pictures you're plotting a dungeon crawling map, with certain rules. There are four other minigames but I can't tear myself away from this one yet...definitely worth a look if you're a Picross/Nonograms obsessive like me.

Yes but eventually you'll come to love Mega Picross as the real mode.

The mega is definitely the best mode for me. Normal is generally a little easy. Colour is very easy. Clip is horrible. So patheticly simple and I don't care enough about the big picture they make. The super expert massive ones are good though.

I've come to love mega picross for the beefy boi it is. I wish colour was more difficult, the last row on the Sega one was just right but then it ended.

The super expert massive ones are a bit too small on the screen for my liking, feels a bit daunting when you're used to tearing around the grid. Don't like playing picross on the telly much, too used to the joycons in handheld mode.

Where's S8?
