After 12 titles successfully chosen voted for and played since the game began, we kick off the 13th title with Konami's fantastic vertical shooter Pop 'n Twinbee. Its cute and colourful presentation and humourous approach make it stand out and was one of those I played back when I had my SNES. I remember there are loads of difficulties to choose from and it's very accessible on easier modes. I loved this back then and I'm sure it's just as good now, so let's get pop'n.
Truth be told, I was really happy to see Pop 'n' Twinbee win. For me, it makes a welcome departure from the tough side-scrolling games from the past three months, and it's a series I don't know anything about.
