You’ll have to bear with me, I’m really hungover, but I’m still not sure. Are you saying they used all the unfinished effects shots for the TV ad, or that they actually have hands In the film and that tweet above is some joke that I’m not getting?

I don’t think all the effects are finished at the same time. Trailers will usually use shots that are already completed.

 

Anyway, the ad I saw had every single actor with human hands. Were they leaving the paws til last or something?
