The Conference:

Spoiler

I'd be lying if I said I knew much about PC Gaming, so I will keep this rather brief and leave it to those better informed to put some meat on the bones.

The show is again being presented by PC Gamer and this year promises to put a greater focus on games than any previous conference. The star of the show is looking to be Rebellion, who in addition to showing the first trailer for Evil Genius 2 will be taking the wraps off a brand new unannounced title.

PC Gamer have been generous in their pre-show announcements of who's going to be at the show. To kick things off Tripwire Interactive will be on hand to show off their unique take on the RPG genre, with Maneater, a "ShaRkPG". Gearbox will be present to demo Borderlands 3 and will sit for a Q&A. Frontier Developments will be there to show off Planet Zoo, the 2015 sequel to Planet Coaster. Chucklefish will also be on the stage, to present it's upcoming slate of indie games.

The show promises to be rich with surprises, with the following developers confirmed to be on hand to talk about their upcoming software: Fatshark (creators of Vermintide 2), Funcom (Conan Exiles, Mutant Year Zero), Modus Games (Mech City Brawl, Trine 4), Re-Logic (Terraria), Annapurna Interactive (Outer Wilds, What Remains of Edith Finch, Gorogoa), Raw Fury (Sable, Atomicrops, Bad North), Fellow Traveller (Neo Cab, Genesis Noir), and Coffee Stain Studios (Satisfactory, Deep Rock Galactic).

On the hardware side, Samsung will be unveiling a groundbreaking new addition to its gaming monitor lineup.

Anyhoo PC folk, have fun. :)
