This is actually Lotus 2.

This is actually Lotus 3.

Top Gear 1 and 2 on the SNES are very similar to the Lotus games, with Top Gear 2 being the closest (even using remixed music tracks). Although not credited, Magnetic Fields I believe were behind the games.

 

Theyre definitely more SNES feeling games than just ports of Lotus, but they’re quite good fun.

Played a bit of Top Gear tonight on the SNES (it’s on the multicart I mentioned in the Super Famicom thread) and it’s really is a great game. Just different enough from Lotus Esprit, but well worth giving a “spin”. Cough. Splutter.
