Not even close.  Whether that's because demand for PS5 is higher, or stock levels are lower (or a combination of both), time will tell... but this is a shitshow in comparison.

It's auto-arranged by price high to low, right down the bottom there was a solo console. I clicked it and got dumped in the hour long queue.

Could be also that news outlets are reporting it more?    Playstation seems to be a bigger brand than xbox I feel.  Or at least more journo's seem to write about it.

I was referring to my own experience to be honest - anecdotal I know, but consistent with others who are trying to order today.

 

The sheer fact that Amazon crashed suggests the demand (from people?  From bots?) is massive!

I'm in the queue myself now, over an hour right enough.

 

Let's see if there's anything left for us at the end of the wait... probably just the £800 pack-in with Fifa, 10 extra controllers and the extended warranty. :eyebrows:

 

(I'd still consider buying...)

24 minutes here, must have just happened across it at the right moment. I wonder how many in front of me are bots....

 

Anyway's happy if it's for a december delivery as it's for the brother in law so not so urgent. That said the way amazon is I might get one from game first.... :D
