I'm in Scotland, the stores are open here for the time being. Online does seem the way to go though. I only checked Tesco as i was popping in for the office milk. Asda online could be a good shout, it wasn't somewhere i originally thought of but got lucky this morning with the Series X order.

So seeing this has me worried about my Amazon PS5 order, even with the belt and braces approach of a Pre Order from game (which could or could not be in store to collect on the day). I could end up without (slim chance but still possible)

Someone on Resetera made a site that uses something in the new store to check how a game is listed with regards to backwards compatibility. Games are either compatible, bootable and non compatible.

 

Ace Combat 5 is showing as compatible.

When similar is compiled for emulators, 'bootable' normally just means it will get to a front screen/menu, but is not generally playable I think?

Looking at DFs BC review on PS5 - they booted the Asscreed games Ubisoft had claimed not to be BC and they did run with a few graphical glitches. So I am hopeful it will be OK.

 

Also Broforce isn't listed at all on the resetera link.

I'm definitely not trolling you. I've posted on rllmuk before that I play weekly online EG matches with my 70+ year old Dad over the weekends, and it's an essential part of BC for me.

Amazon.nl already warned me back in September that it'll not deliver the PS5 on launch day (most likely the following Monday instead), I'd assume that goes for every other Amazon?
