SP:MM looks incredible, Astro + DualSense sounds like it feels great, but the biggest piece of "take my money" I've seen today was this quote from The Verge review...

That was part of the reason I just ended up buying an Oculus on the PC.... :D

The aesthetic of the headset fits nicely with the PS5. It's like Sony planned it...

That is glorious to hear, worth every penny, but a sad inditement on the PS4 and the Pro and their awful noise levels.

hi team - so I understand that it might be possible to get one on launch day online? how would you guys go about doing that? any advise? which website for example? or at what time? if I sound desperate is because I am. this is an early adopter's nightmare.

I'd make sure I've got an account up and running, so when you go to order it you're not farting around having to set up an account. 

 

Have a few websites open on whatever devices even consoles so that you're got a chance on getting a PS5.

Apparently you can't. 

 

Seems like the sort of thing that'll get fixed with a firmware update soon enough.

It works!

 

:) Played through this when it was originally released. Amazing how much PS4s with it installed were going for on Ebay at one point. It was a great demo. But *not* that great IMHO to command the prices people were asking. I think it was written as a demo on the PC last year however this has since been taken down too.
