What if the rumoured Silent Hill game is a remake of 1 or 2? If it's good enough for Resident Evil...

:omg:

Shattered Memories was already a remake of the first game.

GTA6 will probably be shown. When did 5 come out? About 20 years ago?

Not sure I agree even though I would love it to happen!

I reckon it will be shown next year at the earliest. 6 years between IV and V. I think with how long a title like GTA takes to develop I reckon 4 years from signed off conception to release. Conception probably got signed off just before or around Red Dead 2 release. Painting a 2022 release. I may be wrong though!

Would like to see a spiritual successor to Wipeout, assuming we're not going to be surprised by the genuine article.

And with the asset streaming in this SSD, speeds approaching c.

I'm looking forward to Bloodborne being announced for the PC just to watch the twitter meltdown.

See

So, are we expecting to see any hardware tomorrow, games only or have there been no hints? Conflicting reports from pretty much every mainstream site out there.

Think they will have to show the hardware tonight. Someone I was chatting to made a valid point this thing will shortly be entering production so photos will be leaked at that point anyway. Better that Sony control it now than have it distributed without their control on the net.... We'll see tonight I guess!

I'm actually quite excited really getting a "new console generation" buzz even if they are just PCs in console clothing like to see the asthetics of the hardware and how they will use the new hardware although to be fair just getting new shinies of late. Why I'm more interested to see where Sony are taking their PSVR tech. However a new Gran Turismo reveal would be great - not that I expect it will hit until 2025 or something

Are Team Silent no more then? Maybe Sony have bought the licence and are making it in-house?

:eyebrows:

The rumours are stating it will be made by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan, with key (former) Silent Hill people involved, like Toyama (director and writer of the first game), Ito (creature designer) and Yamaoka (composer).

9pm, a bloke from Sony walks onto the stage, and says "299" and the crowd goes nuts.

we could dream.

i currently wonder whether they’ll show the console at all, let alone go first mover on the price.

but hey, next gen games reveal day! Let’s leave the negativity at the door till 10.00pm.

Love to see something from Fumito Ueda. I’ve read he’s working on something and Epic Games are involved. Will give me something to look forward to on PlayStation 6.

I lol'd. :)
