Assetto Corsa and SGP aren't being very flexible. 

 

Shall we have a couple of ACC sprint races? I'm thinking either GT4 or Porsche Cup, Brands Hatch? But get your requests in and I'll set it up tomorrow.

 

Maserati single make? M2 again?

So we really would be going in without any practice, but Porsche cup at brands sounds good, the 992 obviously the 991 fucking sucks.

The M2 and I are not friends. But happy to race whatever people want. The Porsche Cup was a laugh I seem to recall..

Sounds good to me. I’ll be honest, AC is a bit of a faff and once in the game I wasn’t super impressed. 
 All the cool mods look great but I’d rather stick with ACC and keep trying different car / track combos ans there’s so many I’ve not tried- especially if we’re going to stick with one manufacturer one for the next season so I can get a feel for which one I’ll pick

@Junker if we're doing Porsche Cup for tomorrow it won't necessarily help you pick one for next season (other than perhaps getting ptsd about Porsches and choosing Anyone But Them). They're quite interesting - GT3 tyres and decent engine performance, good ABS, but zero TC and only one engine map. Makes for quite a pure experience but also one where you need to be delicate on the throttle. Also, they make good brrm brrm noises.

 

I have been asking Bing's new dall-e thingy to do me a picture of the usual result:

It's brilliant fun but expect to lose the back end a lot while you get the hang of it.

Unless anyone strongly objects soon, I'm gonna set up some sprint races there then. I think the car will give us plenty to deal with so I reckon dry races would be wise.

Yeah, did some practice last night, just an hour's worth to get the tyres to the correct pressures.

 

First time driving out of the pits, I immediately spun and did an Austin Powers between the boarding, whilst uttering "oh ffs it's this car!". Whose idea was this again?

 

But then after a couple of laps with the optimum pressures, I loved it, so bring on tonight!
