Jack Quaid and Anthony Star are great follows on Twitter. They seem to be having a lot of fun making the show, I’m patient to wait.

Because of this I went to look for them on twitter and unfortunately found out that Jack Quaid was born in 1992. Christ

Reminds me of the Paul Merton joke.

I like how utterly psychopathic Homelander is and how the focus isn't so much on the supes, but the business and celebrity aspects of it; I find it amusing that what keeps them in line is the thought of losing that status and how Vought are mindful of the law still, despite the power at their disposal. It grounds the whole thing and really makes it feel like this is a believable world.

I watched the first couple of episodes of season 2 last night and can see a few different plot strands that could be pulled on so I look forward to seeing where they go with it.

Completed my watch of season 2 last night and to echo many others, it was good but perhaps lacked a bit of structure.

Whilst the overall arc - bring down Vought - was still the driving force, it was all a bit disperate with the team all off doing different things and it was less of the gang being together.

Homelander remained brilliant and I love Marvin too - he's the calm and collected voice of the group. Ironically I think Urban is the weakest link of the core characters.

I never saw the ending coming, so that was good, but I don't know what season 3 will bring:

Spoiler

Are all of the cast coming back? It seems we've reached a natural ending for Marvin, Frenchie and Kimoko and, with the setup left for Butcher to build a new team, it'll be sad to see them go. Huey will presumably become embroiled by become a mole when Neuman's secret gets out.

Looks like being a colossal dickhead comes naturally to Antony Starr.

Confusingly worded article. What does it mean that Araujo ‘lashed out?’ Physically, verbally? That kind of term needs pinning down. I’m going to assume the latter as there’s no record of Starr having any injuries.

Araujo was claiming that Antony Starr lashed out.

The official Twitter account just put out this promo image.  I haven’t been keeping up with the viral marketing so this caught me off guard.

Real spoiler

Spoiler

Looks like they’ll be making use of Compound V like in the books.

If that hasn’t been teased elsewhere it’s an odd way to do the reveal.

It takes away one of the most interesting things about the premise IMO.
