If I recall correctly, there was some schadenfreude around London because those particular shots had been farmed out to an outsourcing company. Although if that is true they probably didnt have much of a choice, they already had almost every single big name VFX house working on it right up until the wire.

I was talking to someone about Endgame today and he suggested a theory. What if when Thanos wiped out 50% of everyone, it was done by splitting the universe into two timelines - one where one half died, and one where the other half died. So a resolution would be to merge them back together again?

Then why did the people who died act as if they were dying? Particularly Spidey? Unlike those who lived.
