Netflix have got the rights to all the books and to develop other stories in the universe, working with Entertainment One and The C.S. Lewis Company. It covers both movies and TV. It's apparently the first time one company got the rights to all the books. The previous movies and attempts to continue them must have been on a case-by-case basis.

eOne and Sony were going to make another movie together, but eOne then decided they want to go bigger, got The C.S. Lewis Company to agree, and the whole thing ended up at Netflix.

Do you think anyone will ever actually make versions of *all* the books? They've told the stories so many times but rarely get past Prince Caspian and never do them all.

Dawntreader has been done at least 3 times and that’s past Caspian.

The main issue with doing all the books is everything past The Silver Chair is a bit well rubbish as source material

I dunno. Killing a load of school kids in a train crash is wonderful material for a kid's film.
