Good question, I updated mine late last night during the fireworks so if you look now is it daytime or evening? DA-6035-1469-0294

Yeah it's night time, showing just gone 11 o'clock , but no fireworks happening though :(

 

Which makes me wonder if it'd show the weather if I did it during a thundery rain storm.

 

 

My island tidying efforts are coming along slowly, lots of the excess flowers have been cleared but still a good lot to go. Does anybody want a bunch of green Mum before I just offload them in Nook's? Probably some purple Windflower/Pansy/Hyacinth/Tulips need be getting cleared also :lol:

It appears they haven't gone whole hog on the "frozen instance of time" idea as i'd hoped.  Events are still tied to the real world calendar & not the time the dream was created.

 

I also tried to be a little clever-clogs & read some of the recipes a Dream Island had lying around, but no dice.  It makes sense I suppose as they say you can't read anything in dreams, but you can bring back custom designs so I hoped it would be the same for recipes & I could finally create all those things I have recipes for but require you to make other things first.

Redd is in town here today too.

 

He has:

 

Fake detailed painting

Real Moody painting (I already have it so help yourself)

Fake Wistful painting

 

He also an espresso maker in silver and a throwback container in light blue. Anything from Nook's also up for grabs (one of the items is the Hanging Scroll in green which I have but it's 140,000 so bring bells if you want that).

 

Gates are open now and will be for a while. Help yourselves to recipes near the airport and any watering of the flowerbeds between the airport and museum greatly appreciated as ever.

@StumpyJohn I'm open to friends now! There's loads of free recipes, but it'll be a miracle if you don't have them all. :)

If anyone else wants to peruse the recipes or order a fake Venus de Milo or Girl with the Pearl Earring from Redd, you're welcome.

Thanks for the painting, offloaded a bunch of my native fruit at Nooks too.  If you want any of the cherry blossom petals than let me know how many.  Just checked and I have enough spare  :)

 

If anyone wants Mermaid Sofa DIY, Mermaid Bed DIY or Mermaid Shoes (Blue and Pink item varieties) just let me know.

Sorry, bought the fake Venus Di Milo so can't help. Popping out soon but will be open unless it crashes. If not I will be back open later this evening.

Have posted them to you.  They are a crafting resource so luckily stack up to 10.  Let me know if you need anymore

I've opened up, no ladder needed.

Celeste is now also in town, have trapped her in the front garden of my house, use the side entrance.

Its only a minor shower of shooting stars tonight.

Still 2 fake painting left too:

I will pop over and inspect the paintings. I think i have the scary but don't know the other..
