Well goddammit. I messed up my timing trying to invite an Amiibo character when one of my villagers announced they were leaving (yes! Tammi gone at last) They left and the house was empty a single day and bloody Keaton swooped in instead :hmm:

Just invite the amiibo character 3 times, complete their item request and pick Keaton as the resident to leave

Gates were still open for me but I have closed and re-opened.  In between I tried to visit @Daley but there was a comms error there too about 30 seconds after I landed.

Celeste has been rounded up again and is back in the garden of my house

"Took the scary" sounds ominous, but you're very welcome. :D  I still have a fake Amazing and fake Academic if there's any takers. Amazing is pretty nice.

 

Can somebody who has successfully created a rock garden give me some advice? Is it true that flowers do not deter the rocks from spawning? i.e. they can and will spawn where flowers are planted? That seems to be the case, which makes things kinda awkward.

You input the code after sleeping on Luna's bed (that she gifts you).

 

It's like visiting a friend just to look at their island. You can't buy anything or use any tools. You can pick stuff up, but you can't bring anything back to your island except custom designs.
