Depends how much you’re selling. Space outside my shop is sparse, and if I’ve got three inventories worth of fruit to sell because I could get on the game before ten I’ll take 80% over leaving them on the beach.

 

That said, I just gave away 90+ items that I could’ve sold and didn’t bother to wake up for turnips this week. I’ve got loads more cash than I need.

Yeah, that's true. After a couple weeks of turnip selling there's not that much need for money.

 

Nobody's done the wedding stuff then? It must be Nintendo reacting to these stories of people having lockdown weddings in the game...

 

Edit: Just caught the largest of the fish off the pier! Bam!

I did the wedding thing this morning, but it wasn’t as good as I thought. I want all my villagers as congregation. And you can do it everyday so I’ve no idea how it’s going to change or what you do with those gems you get.

 

apart from that I’ve spent all day demolishing everything. And it’s going to take about two weeks to get rid of all slopes and move the houses.

I've done it and will be going back tomorrow to see what is next

 

I did buy an item from Cyrus with some of the hearts and it didnt appear in my pockets nor is it in my inventory so a bit puzzled there

Just checking the rugs I got off Sahara and I got a magic-circle one. I think I seen some folks here got these type of designs on their floors using custom designed paving. If anyone wants me to grab a extra one for them to use?

There really isn't enough slots for designs is there? I downloaded some edging for my brick paths and I've nearly run out of slots. On the subject of paths and edging, the ones I've downloaded look great and really finish the paths off nicely. It's just a shame that the footsteps get replaced with the barely audible ones. I'm torn. Love the look, hate the sound. If you're near a waterfall, it's like you're running in silence. Just feels wrong. :(

But down terraform paths then put your custom pattern on top. Haven't tried it but won't that keep the footstep sounds?

Nope, if I build a brick path using the construction app, then overlay the custom pattern (the edging) on either side of a path, the sound changes.

Has anyone seen/made a list of the values of the various commodities and resources and what they’re worth relative to each other? I’ve been keeping notes on what things seem to be bought and sold for but would love to cross reference.
