Pilot Hat (three shades of blue)

Another tip courtesy of my daughter, for those of you like me who want the text to run as quickly as possible, but are constantly pressing B and choosing the wrong option, simply hold R. The text goes quickly, but it doesn't select anything at the end. :)

Quite a fun article on the fashion side of Animal Crossing and how people are designing and distributing brand-inspired original creations in game.

 

The breadth and depth of possible ways to enjoy one's self with this game continues to amaze me.

I still love it but certain things are really annoying me - still trying to sort the 5* with the stupid “too many items lying around” thing - the only things dropped are recipes and items on stalls in my swaps area.  I then put it all in pockets and then got 5*.

 

Surely it should make concessions to this rule so that stuff on stalls is OK, otherwise it’s just contradicting the whole sharing aspect that surely Nintendo intend to be part of the game
 

I only want to get the lily of the valley so will keep stuff out of swaps area for a bit, once I’ve got the lily then don’t give a shit about the 5* so will put it all back
 

How long does it take for the lily to sprout?

I was wondering this. If it exists I would have surely seen it by now by pure accident, what with all the articles and YouTube videos I get through. Maybe the next upgrade will come in an update like Leif and the art gallery did? Maybe that's the future of Animal Crossing to keep the surprises coming? :sherlock:

There’s no third update for the shop in game yet, though it is referenced in the code, so assumedly coming in an update. I have seen pictures of the current shop selling a fourth special item on a table to the left of the door, but I’m not sure if they’re real. There’s no third exterior for the shop currently waiting to unlock though.

Accepted everyone I think. Was gonna do a nook code but didn’t realise I couldn’t do both so easier to just open the gates. Sorry still a bit clueless about it all.

The extra item is seasonal I believe from something I read. Maybe summer season.

Makes sense. I’m assuming a third shop with four daily items is pretty much guaranteed.
