Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Recommended Posts

Hey all, been quiet this week thanks to a mental work week. Just posted in trading thread but got a few bits up for grabs.

Recipes

- Cherry blossom wind

- Log stool

- Wooden simple bed

- Traditional straw coat

- Hanging terrarium

Also got a barbecue and espresso machine going

Starting a museum shift and sorting out my gardens to breed flowers. Anyone open who’s got a good garden to give me inspiration?

Thanks for the TV,  I found where you hid it.

Have sent you the first 2 items from my catalogue and crafted you the other 2, customised the table so it was the same colour as mine

Think I had a few visitors so apologies for being afk

The statues come from when CJ visits, he has been three times and I always get a statue from him and flick

I’d pos you if I could but my privileges seem to have disappeared.

Thank you, you lovely man :)

Where are people getting cool af arcade cabinets, pinball machines and jukeboxes from? Nook’s Cranny? They’ve got a fucking filing cabinet for me today :hmm:

It’s time travellers ruining the timeline and the whole ecosystem like Biff did.

Didn’t old animal crossing games used to be more about completing tasks for the villagers?
I find there are very few options for interaction with the islanders. I’ve only been set three tasks ever.

It’s such a shame. I wish there was more to do in that respect. I don’t even understand how or why I got the friendship award thing. And I really want my mouse to leave but I fear I’ve talked to him too often :(

@StumpyJohn boo, won’t let me order a second lomp so I’m guessing you crafted that one. May I have another? I can compensate the materials used.

Yeah, its 15 stone I think to make it.  I'll mail you a second one, I need to do some island tickets to refill my stone soon as the stone arches for the museum entrance were 90 each

I have very few too, one thing that does work is if you talk to them during the day sometimes they will respond with a request

Also occasionally a lost item will appear on the ground and you have to find out who it belongs too (its not very hard!), think I have had that twice

Apparently the way to get them to leave is to not interact with them at all unless they have the white thought cloud above their head (which might then be "I want to leave").  Best way to achieve this is to put a fence around their house so they cannot accidentally talk to you!

I've had 2 pinballs and traded for a third.  One came from a balloon, not sure about the second one.  juke boxes appear in balloon presents too so keep on popping those loons

I do get a lot of crappy in my cranny though!

I’ve got a lot of flowers popping out from same colour parents. Red pansies from two red parents for example.

Are these special gene wise in any way? Or just the same as the parents?

I've got an embarrassing amount of tabs open about flower breeding right now. Basically, They could be different from the parents but there's no way to know.

There's a crazy amount of reading linked from the first sheet here:

@gingerling Oh, sorry, I made a copy of the original to edit it, hang on, I'll find the main one...

Original link here:

Although, the traffic to that one is so huge it doesn't always work. I'll open access to the copy I made:
