Bet I can beat that :( How do you view it?

Also, I really need to come see your island.

For daily data you need the parental controls app installed and linked to your console.

Overall I’m on 175 or more hours.

Ah, okay.

I’m on 190 but some of that will be AFK.

Shit loads of it is designing and laying paths for sure. I’ve not progressed much In the storyline.

I so wish there were more design slots :(

I got this today and I'm scanning the thread feeling a bit in over my head. I think I managed to completely rinse the first day as thoroughly as possible, stacking up dozens of fish/bugs outside my tent. I payed off the loan on the tent and picked up all the important items from the machine...the extra inventory (oh yes), pro designer, tool wheel and tool recipes that I can't even use yet because no iron nuggets. Anyway, I'm loving it so far. Exactly what I needed to while away the hours. I played the original NTSC version way back in uni (2003?) using the Freeloader disc swap on the Gamecube, and City Folk later on for Wii. It'll be nice to hear the hourly music, have Blathers set up, get my first house, etc. tomorrow. Everything about the game looks so bloody lovely. The GUI, it's like a Japanese schoolgirl's stationery set, but I dig it. It looks super crisp on the Lite screen, too. I'll probably take myself online once I've got the shovel. I've only just gotten the Lite which spent weeks stuck in the post, either because of the current situation or because it came from HK (or both.)

A small question...can you really not apply more than one pattern to the ground without going in and out of the menu? That was the case in City Folk too. It took me forever to create a convincing network of paths. Maybe I missed something.

@skittles sorry that I was not around earlier for swaps, didn't finish work till 6 and was quite a bit later before I had a chance to get onto AC.  Should be on from about 7:30 in the morning if you are about

Hey man. Let me know when you're around. i can open my gates. It's a bit messy at the moment as I am relocating my museum...

May have just missed you. Dodo code is n00x8

Anyone else welcome.

I MAY have made a huge error and relocated my museum to a terrible place. I'm hoping it all works out...

Got one new fossil this morning and one from Skittles swap-a-thon.  I'll open up later on for anyone who wants to come over and do more swaps

Also my golden slingshot broke last night and I don't think it even lasted much longer than a normal one.  Am not wasting a gold nugget on making a replacement!

Aargh. Just dobbed in my fossils...  YOU HAVE A NEW ONE Blathers tells me. My final fossil. The missing piece. I excitedly looked, and...

Turns out I had two fossils left. Didn’t realise I was missing Archaeopteryx. So now I DEFINITELY only have one left. This single Australopithecina skull thing.

I've done the star gazing twice, and got a load of star fragments from the beach the next day, but the wand recipe also wants a Large star fragment, which I haven't got.  Is this another type that can be washed up on the beach that I haven't seen yet, or is it made from a recipe I don't have?

You get it as a random drop from star gazing.

Planted loads of pear trees yesterday. Today they had no growth. Realised I'd planted them directly next to a cliff face, so that was stopping them. So moved one a space forward to see if that grows, then tomorrow I need to dig them all up and replant.

I was hoping to clear most of my trees for design purposes, not add more to get a 3-star rating

I’ve moved my museum for 50,000 bells. Now I’ve decided I need to move it again just one more space along.

Not to mention everyone’s house and the shops. Some adjustments needed there too. And then I’ve got to demolish the early bridges and inclines I put up.

But the sisters are selling the crown...

Virtual world problems!

I realise that I have far too many trees, but really don't want to cut any down just yet in case I run into wood problems further on. Also, I don't know if I need to keep some weeds, as there may well be some recipes for it that I don't yet have. Anxiety in the most relaxing game ever? Isolation affected me more than I thought...
