Consider it bought!

Also can you save your progress mid game? Does it have save slots? Questions!

It has save slots! Don’t know about how saving works but I assume it checkpoints are the beginning of each level.

Oh my god, I just attacked the arcade cabinet with a stun gun on stage 2.

hmm...seems the pc game pass version is borked!?!

loaded once, after sitting for literally minutes on a weird "loading" screen, wont load again, and, seems to be missing all the options clearly shown on the DF vid!?

from what i played...i didn't actually enjoy it either...i dont like not being able to run!

well, when i can get it working again i might try it again!

I’ve been messing about trying to get it to work with my wireless Saturn pad, losing the will to live. Half the time the game doesn’t load, the other half the controller acts all crazy! I guarantee if I bought the Steam version is would work perfectly!

I uninstalled it, I’ll stick with the Xbone version of the game...

First playthrough done on co-op in about two and a half hours or so.

Really like it!

Some annoying glitches here and there but that's to be expected.

Going to go through it again on solo with an unlocked character :)

Some great little nods all over the place in the graffiti and adverts in the game levels.

Anyone know if the soundtrack can be brought digitally at all?

I'm proper stuck on stage 4's boss! Constantly getting my ass whupped, any tips?

Mostly just

Spoiler

bait one of her two main moves then counter with a combo or grab. She has a combo that starts with a lunging punch and a flying kick thing - keep away and move across her vertical place until she does one, then respond. It doesn't really change when she calls for back up, you just have to not commit to anything when a missile is incoming. On the last phase three missiles come in succession, just keep moving from one side of the screen to the other to avoid them.

Little tip for part of stage 2

When you get to the four shield guys you can actually just kick the door in and go into the office.

That way saves one of the harder parts early on for single player!

I kicked their ass and the boss. Got to stage 3 solo (normal) on my second attempt.

Then had to go back to work <_<

Is it wrong that I went with Cherry for my first ragethrough? As soon as I saw that guitar, I knew I needed to smash everyone over the head with it ASAP.

Not at all, Cherry looks cool as hell, I'm already looking forward to playing as her. For now though, it's all about Old Man Axel and dat Grand Uppah, although Adam's really fun too.

Digging the new bartender, I hope there's a way to fight/unlock them.

Spoiler

However, it does mean losing some cashmoney and a special attack star.

Adam an absolute wrecking ball in this. Grab enemy, uppercut into the air, hold attack, release and do a mighty boot that knocks the enemy into all his pals like a giant bowling ball. Unf.

2 minor complaints :

Weapon hit sound is really sad. Hopefully they will patch a way to use new characters with the old sfx.

Should have used an updated version of the end of level jingle. That's iconic.

I'v been listening to the OST this afternoon, in preparation for a sesh tonight. It's bloody good, isn't it?

Shame the four player co-op is limited to local only; four player online co-op would've been a great lockdown-buster....
