It's gonna be unfinished for years. They probably took a look at FF15 and thought "hey, that's an idea".

Origin Access Premier is intriguing at least, depending on how much it costs. It sounds like it gives you immediate, full access to all EA games? So you don't have to wait for the likes of BFV to enter the vault six months after release.

That Respawn "tidbit" was probably the worst thing I've seen in recent years from E3. 

 

"Hey remember those dev diaries we did a few years ago where we showed snippets of in-game assets, concept art and other content?"

 

"Yeah let's not do any of that and just have Vince fly over to awkwardly announce the title of our game"

 

"Brilliant!"

C&C is one of the most beloved RTS series on the PC. EA bought the original studio, tweaked the game until it was shit and nobody wanted to buy them, shut the studio down... and now, years later, they've finally brought it back!

They did that shit with ME:Andromeda. It won't hit Feb. Not a chance.

What exactly looked cool? Shootymans 2018 looks like Shootymans 2017. Anthem looks like EA decided to challenge Bungie and Square Enix for most threadbare launch.

I didn't see this conference, was there any mention of the Skate franchise? The servers for Skate 3 got turned back on a few days ago which led to rumours about it coming back in some form.
