Eye of the Beholder C64 and Spectrum ports

Recommended Posts

SO according to Indie Retro News someone is taking on the massive project of porting Eye of the Beholder to the C64.

So you're probably thinking it will be some sort of Bard's Tale hack yes?

Wrong.

That is incredible. It looks gorgeous.

I loved this on the Amiga, but have memories of getting stuck on a level which required you to find and go through invisible walls.

I also got stuck on the sequel. This time it was on a level where your party weren't able to sleep. Without rest my party were useless.

If they Kickstart this I'll back the shit out of it. Big box, baby!

I suspect Wizards of the Coast might be interested in the wrong way if they did they. I'm amazed though at how good it looks!
