This was the reveal trailer (which also has VR logos at the end, don't know if that's still on the cards).
 



I really hope it lives up to those as the setting and especially the enemy designs are fantastic.

Yeah, those games upon intial release were janky, buggy y'know. Both great games of course, I just hope this new game has a high level of Polish.

Oh you meant the Eastern European devs releasing buggy games. I'm not sure that's down to the region but I do know they ended up being fantastic experiences. I played the hell out of Stalker, maybe a few patches after release but from what I can remember it was perfectly playable on my 7900GS, wonderfully so if I recollect correctly. The mists of time.

Timesplitters Future Perfect

Half-Life, 2 and the Episodes

Halo

Oddworld Strangers Wrath

Battlefield Bad Company

Mirrors Edge (with no shooting!)

Bullet Storm

Left 4 Dead

 

I'm more of a 3rd person open-world gamer.

 

This looks really excellent though from the trailer. Looks like it combines a few of the above games and it certainly seems to have an interesting game World. I'm only going off a trailer but I hope it has some RPG elements (like Fallout 4) where you can mod your outfit/weaponry.
