Was a bit lukewarm on the new series opener but really liked the second episode:

Really good small scale story that takes place in a single location for the third episode.

I just watched the last episode of the first series and there's a moment where Laszlow calls Gregor "Del Boy". It tickled my humour g-spot when I realised it was about his coat.

This was my favourite episode of season 2 so far. The olds on the internet thing was perfect, Colin Robinson continues to be terrifying, and I loved the vibe of the creepy 70s house:

Not gonna lie, I could watch an entire series about Jackie Daytona, Regular Human Bartender. Also, Colinrobinson's scene with the Nadjas was perfect.

Hopefully Jim the Vampire will come back again too, although the character I'd most like to see come back is Carol from the latest episode - she was too good for a one off appearance, damn it.

"Because every time I go to a rock concert and the singer says 'okay, we're gonna take a break from the hits and do some of our new material', the crowd goes bananas." 

 

ColinRobinson is pure, concentrated evil.

Season two finale was another brilliant episode - the entire season two has raised the bar (which was set very high after season one)
 

and those last two lines of the episode - made me burst out laughing

The episode with the witches was brilliant as well. The line about the "generic European accent" cracked me up. As did the final line:

It's been a great series that has got better as it's gone on. Some genuine laugh out loud funny bits in the last few episodes.

I haven't watched the last episode yet but I've not found it to be anywhere near the same quality as the first season. It's still great, and the characters are all still brilliant, but it's mostly fallen a little flat for me.

I loved the Superbowl joke. 

 

Matt Berry is always good in everything. I don't think he'll ever top his Beef character from House of Fools but he's great in this. All the characters are great. Nadia gets all the best lines though. 

 

Colin Robinson reminds me of a guy I used to deal with at work years ago called...... Colin. 

 

I imagine there's loads of outtakes where they corpse in this a lot during filming. It's obvious they all love being in this. It's brilliant fun.

I binge watched both seasons of this the other week, what a great show this is. Nadja totally makes it for me, such a brilliant character played by a gifted comic.

She’s in Eurovision: The Story of Fire Saga on Netflix too. Briefly.

Worth a listen in general as it's a great podcast.
