Okay I kid. I just did this yesterday, my family plan with no expansion was expiring next week, so I bought two 1 year family subs from cdkeys total £45.98 and redeemed them before going (on the switch) to upgrade to the expansion pack, which should come to roughly £1.50? (mine was £1.35 cos I had a few days left on the original sub)

I paid the difference in coins but you can just pay out your wallet instead. What I haven't figured out is if you can stack the expansion pack subs this way too.

£1.50? Isn't that way cheaper than normal? Is that because you had two years of family pass added?

Yes, it converts your existing membership by calculating a rate per day as a discount so instead of paying £60 you pay £46 + the remaining gap after the conversion.

Anyone played Diablo 2 on the Switch?

Got quite onto 3 on the PS4 a few years back, and the grindy nature of it could be quite suited to handheld. Didn't fancy paying £25 for 3, but £17 for 2 seems a good shout.

2 is different to 3. If you never played 2 it's really difficult to go back to it from the streamlining they did for 3.

As you've finally tried it out, the natural progression should be to test this for us too!

TIA :D

I’ve bought Fez, Sonic Origins, Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water and Catherine: Full Body Edition.

If anyone can figure out how to buy the Streets of Rage 4 DLC please let me know, pulling my hair out over here.

You do it ingame. I had the same headache last time it was on sale.

Thanks! I had no idea there was a new project zero and I love them

It's not on sale though 😞

Does anyone know if there are any good 2P couch co-op games in the current sale?

We've finished both Overcooked games together so that kind of vibe would be good.

We have a Switch each, so it doesn't matter if it's separate screens or both on the big screen.

It’s not in the sale but Good Job is superb and worth every penny.

Moving Out for sure.

Also, not on sale but when it is, Pile Up! Box by Box is a good 4 player co-op platform puzzle game.

We already tried Moving Out when it was on Gamepass. I thought it was fine, she didn't like it one little bit. I think it's superficially similar enough to Overcooked to pale by comparison.

I think it just lacked any kind of excitement. We were just running around putting objects in a van, occasionally picking up a heavy item together. There was very little strategy involved, unlike Overcooked.
