This is barely worth a post but it's a quiet day at work (home) and I'm a bit lonely so indulge me - I am excited because I have just discovered while playing some Metal Slug that the Arcade Archives series have reverb settings tucked away and it basically makes everything sound like a busy 90s seaside arcade! It didn't quite transform that dull Q4 Earnings Call into being twelve again in Nobles in Largs waiting on the Millport ferry, but it was close enough.

I did not know this and am, for one, glad you posted. Is it under audio settings? I've got quite a few of the Neogeo Arcade Archives...

It is indeed. I’ve gone for bass boost on with reverb type A for now. You can trial them while the attract mode runs too which is cool.

All those options and they don’t seem to have the one thing I’m looking for though! I’d love a level select.

All the Shantae and SteamWorld games are cheap. River City Girls, Lonely Mountains, Lair of the Clockwork God, Hypnospace Outlaw, all of Onion Games' games, Human Fall Flat, Super Bomberman R, Paratopic...

I was just about to post that. I enjoyed Saints Row 2 but that was a long time ago. Does the series still hold up? Not that I can complain for less than the price of a Starbucks coffee!
