If you were to get just one, does it matter which?

Get S3, it has more puzzles than the others and has Colour Picross as well. It's slightly more expensive, but if you get onto it, there's 100's of hours gaming there.

Is Raving Rabbids any good? I saw that it was cheap (for a game featuring Nintendo characters) the other day.

My 11 year old loved it. I havn't played myself but lots of positive opinions on here for it.

That's great news about the Picross games. I've been loving Murder by Numbers but am nearing the end now, so will need to pick something up to fill the void.

I will absolutely have to ignore the advice and start at S1 though. I would feel completely revolting joining a series (with no ongoing story) partway through because of the order in which numbers go in.

I loved it but can't quite convince myself over the Donkey Kong expansion for some reason. The less something costs the more I debate it, it's utterly bizarre.

It's well worth it - very decent bit of DLC with a pretty substantial amount of content. I usually regret DLC, but didn't with that one at all.

Oh yeah, all over that. Tetris Attack/Puzzle League was a different variation, was only available on DS as far as I know. Tetris Attack and Pokemon Puzzle League were on Snes. You should check them out sometime.

Pokemon Puzzle League was on the Nintendo 64! ;) Panel de Pon (Tetris Attack before it was Yoshi-ified) was on the Super Famicom/Super NES and GameCube, however.
