I uninstalled it and redownloaded it to try to get past the stuck bit. Didn't work. I've tried restarting from checkpoints, doesn't work. The chapter starts just before it, doesn't work.

 

This is insane. How on earth have they released a game in this state? I want the zero pounds I paid for it back please.

Finished this morning. On balance… it’s a bit of a dog technically, but stylistically there’s a lot to love. The puzzles made me feel downright stupid though, and it was never my fault. I got the right answer, but the game wanted me to do it according to its own very narrow solution. Either that, or the solution was ambiguous due to unclear visual language. For example:

Theres a section where you have to raise up a bus on a Jack so you can pass to the other side by walking through the wheel space -this is not something I would naturally consider as a pathway, but the game doesn’t do enough to accentuate the viability of the solution, so I was just walking around, pushing against the environment and clicking A for about 10 minutes.

 

The above is a good example of what the game frequently expects of the player. Unfortunately the game presents lots of logically viable pathways and solutions - knee-high walls or traffic barriers - which the designers have made mechanically unviable, and this tension hurts the game overall. 
 

It definitely could have been better, but on balance it’s a good addition to this genre of game. Obviously it goes entirely galaxy brain in the end, and the finale is a huge abstract visual metaphor of some kind. I got the bad ending, and again, I’m not sure if that’s because I could t work out the solution on its own merits or if I got it, but not that way.
