That's not just de-aging, it's a face swap. Harrison's stunt double stood in for him when they were filming in Glasgow. Reports at the time said Harrison wasn't on set because he was recovering from a shoulder injury.

And I heard when the stunt man was ill with they got this guy in. (He gets everywherrreeeee...)

Too many callbacks. Combined with the fact that they're going down the time travel route, I'm preparing for the worst. That shot of them releasing the boulder, for instance, has me incredibly worried; we all know how Disney handled nostalgia bait like that in Star Wars.

If it turns out old Indy went back in time and accidentally released the boulder that chased young Indy in Raiders, I might just denounce the entire medium of film altogether.

Watching Raiders with my daugter tonight. Her first time.

My two young daughters caught some of Last Crusade on E4 a few months ago. The six year old laughed like a drain at some of Indy and his Dad's antics. I can't wait to properly watch them with them when they're older.

He's retiring? Bloody hell :(

What a legacy to leave though. The man's a genius.

He's effectively retired already. Essentially coming out of retirement for this one. It's a miracle we're getting this from him at 90 years of age.

this gave me the genuine fear… having watched the trailer though, they boulder is on some Greek statue thing so it’s obviously a different place…

I'm hopeful on this one. My main issue is the big franchise must be all the films syndrome. Like, I kind of get the Millenium Falcon echo in the trailer but then the awful Jurassic World did the same thing (as well as Sam Neill doing the Indy hat thing and Pratt seemingly auditioning for the role).

If we're going to do that, well, "rememberries" is right fucking there!

You do know that that's exactly what memberberries means, right?
