It seems weird how little love the strikes get -

It's because they're dull. With light level of what, 140? Theyre not a challenge once leveled up. I wish they had a prestige strike playlist.

I find some of the Supers to be stupidly over powered in Crucible especially the Titan's powers.

Wheras the Golden Gun you need to aim and get it right but with the Hammer of Sol you just throw and it takes out a wide area and the Warlock's jedi fly around and electrocute people power is fucking ridiculous.

The fact that 1.8m are playing PVE and only 800k are playing PVP should tell them that gamers want to do PVE more than PVP and they should stop pushing us towards PVP. Maybe instead of Iron Bannering they should be making more in game content for us.

Its also that PvP is dull as dishwater compared to D1 - see the video I posted previously, but also this one from the Taken King that someone made promoting their clan. You'll likely remember it, as It was pretty famous back in the day (I said Bungie should have used it as their Crucible trailer at the time):

D2's PvP is laughable in comparison.

Funny the sunbreaker is dead last.

They have nerfed the living heck out of Sunbreaker, it feels like it does almost negligible damage. I would assume this is a reaction to the Sunbreaker in D1, where even after months of balance tweaks and nerfs it was still more powerful than an A or O class star. The original version was more powerful than any star that is even theoretically speculated to exist; each hammer was the size of a small car, each one was pretty much a one-hit kill, and you could fire them almost as fast as you could pull the trigger.

Why have you turned off the top killer in pvp?

Amusingly, its not a Warlock, or a Titan subclass.

Its also top in win rate. Gorf would be pleased.

Sunbreaker, Dawnblade and Sentinel are lower than Arcstrider btw, which is why they are disabled.

Anybody got their key from cdkeys yet?

Yeah, I got mine. CDKeys didn't notify me, though - I went back to my confirmation e-mail and checked the 'download' link, which will take you to your key with any luck.

I'm waiting for the nerf on my Orpheus Rig Leg Armour. It's the most overpowered exotic armour piece I've owned.

In one battle last night I used my Super four times in 20 seconds and had a fifth charged up and ready to use. It was insane. I was on the Rig and in that little room full of Hive while a public event was going on but it was still insane.

It's also amazing in PVP if all four are clustered together. You can nearly get your super back up and easily get it twice in a match.

Funny that, a few weeks ago the internet was replete with community posts complaining about the nightstalker having a crap super, about the lack of recovery armour, Yadda Yadda.

So Deej then...

Also, confirmation that there will be no Festival of the Lost this year, just in case people were still holding out hope

What a load of bullshit.

I still don't know how the suggestion of "Lets kill everything good from the first game in this sequel" in the Bungie meeting got the most votes!

I've played quite a bit of Destiny 2 on the PS4 (reached 300 with my Warlock), still looking forward to starting fresh on PC. Don't really know why. Found the raid a drag and the endgame dull, but it's just something about enhanced graphics, better FOV and running through the campaign again with more precise controls that has me almost as excited as I was a month ago.

New shininess innit? Simple as that.

Nightfall is The Arms Dealer, with (same as last week) Torrent and Zero Hour. Eeeeeeeeeeasy Prestige I'd say, if anyone's looking for it. (Haven't tried it yet, but those modifiers are always good. If you're a Striker, that is.)

Edit: Clock says 20 minutes normal, 16 minutes Prestige.
