I had a funny moment in a Cabal Excavation public event the other day where me and a few others just stomped Valus with melee and supers and all he could do was stagger from the hits. I pretty much pushed him off a cliff just as he was finished and my meter had drained :D

Well, over 500 tokens exchanged so far and he's (Saladbin) given me multiples of every IB weapon - X5 in the cast of the HC-  and X4 helmets, X4 chests and X2 tea towels. Be nice to get the arms and legs before the event ends* but not holding out too much hope.

 

 

*Tues reset for the end?

Just had the worst night of online gaming in my entire life, the game is no fun online and I’m sure you’ve all had enough of me whinging... I’ve uninstalled it, it sits with The Division as one if the most promising games ever totally ruined very shortly after you “finish it” :(

Probably Tues, as Xur is also Tues now too.

 

Had multiple fusion rifles, a few handcannons, one auto rifle (I think one pulse rifle too, but not sure), about 3 grenade launchers and one SMG. Not had the sidearm, though I should be thankful for small mercies.

 

One Titan towel, one legs and about 3 pairs of arms, though it may be 4. One Warlock pair of gloves, 2 chests I think it was, and finally 1 pair of Hunter boots. I gave up on doing multiple characters after that catastrophe, and am concentrating on my Titan, and using the other classes tokens from the challenges for that. Even then, I'm likely not going to get a full set.

 

Whats the bets on next Iron Banner having the same armour sets, as no-one can get a full set this time round? (Let alone on multiple classes)

Same (but 60 for me). I really needed those 3 IB fusion rifles though. The two in my inventory were getting lonely.

 

I'm getting very close to calling it quits on the game until the first DLC. They've (deliberately it seems) left such a hole at end game and the whole token system is a mess. I'm not optimistic for what they'll be pushing out in Dec either..

Finally got to play yesterday and had an absolute ball, so much fun. Titan up to 277 now and I even enjoyed crucble/ib so it must be doing something right. One question, what defines an ib package as I have no idea? Doubt I'll manage ten of those as only had one so far.

 

Attempted the nightfall a few times and think we need to find another 30secs-1m to complete but was great laugh trying. Its actually made me really look at my perks and whatnot for further  attempts. Any advice more than welcome!

 

@Deeptone @Yiggy didn't see you about, how'd you get on?

I’d really like the hat for my Titan but I think I’ve burned myself out on IB a bit, fuck knows how many tokens I’ve submitted but I got the emblem for 200 a few days ago. How were people seeing how many times they’d ranked up during the faction thing?

 

I’m up to about 295 on all three characters, really need to check out the NF and Raid. Does anyone here do trials regularly?

Finally did the Nightfall, w00h00! We built up to it and got so so close a few times then I landed the final shot with 27 secs left, phew. Great stuff, absolutely loved it and want more now. Titan up to 279, come on 280!  :)

What? So if you use guided games you have to do the entire raid in one sitting?

After numerous games of solo IB Control, I can't say I like it yet, but its growing on me.

 

Assuming the team all pulls together and keep the Zones on a 2 for 1 capacity then its fun. When they don't and you are all running around alone getting murdered whilst they have 3 Zones captured, its less fun.
