I'll gladly take 2k eggs over 5k ones though. Had just hatched 9 10k ones so now have all 2k ones to get rid of. 

 

Have done a couple more Kyogre raids but still failing to catch the big blue cunt. Not too annoyed yet because none of them have been better than the single Kyogre I already have from last time.

Larvitar day! 

 

Gonna have to miss the France game to go out in the pissing rain to hunt Larvitars for 3 hours. Very inconsiderate of FIFA for scheduling an early game right in the middle of this event...

Load of shite. Constant errors and disconnects. Managed one shit shiny and nothing over 80 IV. Had a 96 that I evolved for Smackdown but it's low level so will need powering up a bit. 

 

Also done 7 Kyogre raids today. Most were shit buy the last one wad a 91 rated weatherboosted shiny. So made up for the rest of the day.

I've come to the stage where I'm now refuse to spend money on the game really. 

 

It's bad value, each additional raid is more or less 79p barring offers. That's fucking expensive when you think about it. 

 

To make matters worse, foreign students in our group pay a 3rd as they have asian accounts.

 

That's outrageous!

I managed 4 fully evolved ttar, one 98% which I have now taken to 40 and 3 more level 29/30 which I won't bother putting dust in to.

 

Network errors, crashes etc plagued the event. My daughter's account went offline for a full 25 mins at one point. I only caught about 100 larvs which was massively down compared to previous CDs. The rain coming in during the third hour didn't help. Still, there was a good bunch of people out enjoying the event and we even met some new players so all good.

Was the first hour for me with rain. Was horrendous, could barely see my phone screen due to the amount of water on it. Yet despite that there was still a good amount of people out for it. Met 2 new players right at the start so got them involved with some T5 raids - which they've never done before- typically one of the got a shiny Kyogre on his first raid :lol: He got a bit addicted so bought coins for more raid passes and ended the day with an army of 6 Kyogres. 

 

Think by the end of the day we had about 5 new members added to our PoGo group. The true meaning of Community Day.

Loads walking around Gloucester. Small bit of aggravation/drama as the Facebook group arranged t5 raids at certain times, but due to numbers ended up going in as they arrived...which left people who turned up at time scrambling for people.

 

Got an Absol today from field research! :D Never made it to raids before for it, so rather happ

Re-downloaded this following the Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee link -up news. Had no idea what I was doing but payed for an hour while I was on the bus with my boy at the weekend. Managed to get a shiy Larvitar which is now a Pupitar.

 

What's good about shiny ones?

 

My son also explained gyms to me, so I put a few of my Pokemon in gyms to defend them.

 

I am finding I can't power-up or evolve some Pokemon because my level is too low or something.

yeah it's been happening to me a couple of times a day recently. I reckon it's a GPRD thing that isn't logging that I've seen the updated privacy details properly.
