whilst that vid presents a lot of educated guesses as fact, I do agree with the overall sentiment that it will be impossible to match this years strength of line up for the second year of the Switch - there will be a lot of good stuff released I'm sure but you just can't match a new Mario & Zelda, Mario Kart 8, Splatoon 2 & Arms.

I plied the alcoholic bus driver with so much wine and she still wouldn't look twice at me. Turns out, according to illyria, she's not "eligible for marriage", "not eligible for marriage" is my compatibility group, that's my catchment area, goddammit! Can you marry the tramp?

I'm still working on fucking the doctor. He's so aloof :(

This seems too on point. Arlo confirmed for insider.

That's, uh, weirdly specific. I don't know if it's possible to be that confident about stuff happening towards the end of the year, though I'm not going to be shocked by a new Super Mario Maker (give us slopes you bastards).

I think the window for a Smash port has passed though, I'd be really surprised if we got that rather than more of a push for Arms and a teaser for a brand new Smash.

Picked up Last Blade at lunchtime - looks gorgeous on the Switch. A steal at £6.29.

This really is beautiful. I don’t remember it looking so amazing in the arcade, I guess I didn’t have time to appreciate the level of detail in the art on the screens in Mad Harry’s.

I bet he's great with his hands.

I married Emily in the end after deciding not to rescue Penny from her life of domestic servitude and mental abuse, but kind of wish I'd hung on for Shane.

Just to say that Gorogoa is amazing. Short (about 3 hours) but genuinely, utterly gorgeous, imaginative and immersive and technically a little bit mind blowing. Well worth the tenner. We should support genuinely novel stuff like this.

"Weirdly specific"? He basically said it's a wishlist that's overly positive. He's not being confident, he's making it up.

How does it control? It’s half that on iOS so was thinking of getting it for iPad.

I knew someone was going to go there, didn't think it'd be you.

Borderlands is a a wish for Autumn 2018? If it was just a list, fine, but with the dates and everything it just comes across as odd.

It’s basically pointer movement with the stick. A to select or drag and drop. B to go back a level. Get it from wherever it’s cheapest. But do get it.

Popped into GAME to pick up some eShop credit for Lucas from his sister and decided to look at what games they had... How is Binding of Isaac £34.99? I know there is a bit of a 'Switch tax' at the moment, but that is insane in my mind. Or is there a LOT more content?

Or hands on with the Switch touchscreen.

I concur that it's a lovely game on whichever platform you get it.

It includes the expansions, last I checked it wasn’t much cheaper on Steam.

Got a neon switch and odyssey reserved in Argos for 315. Got 180 in vouchers from consumerpulse survey things to put towards it. Christmas present to myself but not sure how much play time I'm going to get out of it so a little undecided. Will see how I feel tomorrow and maybe go collect it 8)

From the first few hours, "Eh...."

It's not disguising its mobile game roots.  The races are short and the car count is fairly low by modern standards.

But there's a lot of them, the handling is at least reasonable and upgrading and customisation is pretty good.

It's not the Switch's Forza, GT or even Project Gotham in any lifetime, it's the definition of 6/10 but that's good enough for me as a mostly mobile player.

If you don't expect too much, and don't pay more than you should, you might get enough out of it.

Oh, just for the record, the Switch Binding of Isaac is currently £25.97 on Steam.
