I only played through once and undoubtedly missed loads out so I will be picking it up again. Plus I reckon the wife would love it too as she's into kingdoms of amalur, fable etc but has never played this.

The portability just makes it much better, and a great option for when im dragged to the in laws :)

When's Skyrim out? That looks great for a six-year-old game doesn't it! Never did finish it on 360.

Answered my own question: Holiday 2017.

Wonder if they'll go for the 11th November to echo the original 11/11/11 release - although that's a Saturday, so likely not.

Or 17/11/17, which is a Friday...

Any idea of how many charges or how much game time that will provide?

It would be around 4-4.5 charges in ideal situations i.e. not playing while charging, if it's a new power bank and not an older second hand one etc.

The Switch battery is 4310 mAh, so with 100% efficiency you'd get 4.7 full charges out of that. Of course nothing is 100% efficient, so I'd round that down to 4 charges.

Plenty of great switch games barely touch the battery. I've played Puyo Puyo Tetris for hours in handheld and the battery has only dropped by around 10%.

Any idea what life you would get from it if plugged in while continually playing? Would it still give the equivalent of 4.7 x normal battery life?

I *think* (so this might be crap..) that if you plug it into a fully charged Switch, it will still try to charge it and therefore deplete the battery, so you'd be better plugging it in when the Switch is not fully charged.

Again, I *think* that the charge pack won't supply the higher volts / amps of the retail Switch charger, so you may also find that the Switch battery slowly depletes when it is plugged into the pack.

So... I'd be plugging in at around 50-60% just in case..

Thats the one I have and it’s been great, never tested it just on Switch as I charge all sorts with it - you can go bigger but by the time I have my switch, iPad and that battery my bag is getting heavy enough!

Can't believe I'm tempted to triple dip on Rocket League - must stay strong.

Talking of staying strong, how about these, £145 custom joy cons (quite a few nice designs)

Those Joy Con look amazing, can’t justify the price but man..

Rocket league was free so I’m happy to pay for the Switch version, hope to get more into it!

Where from? They're 85 on Amazon with the greys at 70 :x

No idea, they were a present :wub:

I'd guess Amazon though - the price drops down when they actually have them in stock themselves (the higher prices are just others selling via Amazon)

DAT SAMUS ROCKET LEAGUE CAR!

I mean, I was already going to triple dip, but that's some sweet icing on the cake.

I'm still debating on FIFA 18 or not, for certain I won't be buying any other versions of it because at best I'll play it for 2 or 3 nights before abandoning it. Part of me wants to do my bit to ensure it succeeds, but it's really starting to look like I don't need to. Switch is set even without me. Everything will be coming to it in the future.
