Am I being an imbecile... because I can't see a way to sign out of my profile and into a new one for my fiancee that I've just created, as I'm sure she'll want a go on Splatoon 2 when she gets home but won't want to play under my preferences.

Help?

Close the game using X on the home screen

When you open it again it asks you which profile is playing before it loads

Cave story has been released. Is it worth the money?

If you've never played it before, certainly. Even though I own it on Steam and have completed it before it would have been an instant-buy for me at £10-15 for the portability, but I'm really struggling with that price tag on a double-dip.

I think they would have said so if it was.

Hasn't it been confirmed that it is? I thought some people said it clearly was based on the stuff we've seen so far?

This is the first Nintendo console I haven't bought at launch since the N64 but Splatoon 2 was too good to miss. I've already nearly applied the screen protector properly but it's good enough and now I just have to wait for the system to update, Splatoon 2 and Zelda (WiiU playthough abandoned after 25 hours) to download.

I've just had the same delivered... Now to see if I can recall my account details to get it set up :-(

I'm tempted to send a few Joycon off to see how many free games I can get....

Switch has had an incredible start, If Mario is as good as it looks and should be then what an opening 6/7 months it's had - surpassed anything I can think of in first year already :o

Great being able to play Splatoon on the TV at home and then have a 30 min single player session on my break at work. I love it and want ALL THE GAMES to be released on it. Got a short holiday next week so being able to bring this will be heavenly.

Are these more freely available in the wild now? Is demand still really high?

I was amazed at how light and compact the box was. Normally when you buy a new console they weigh as much as a collapsed sun and in comparison the Switch weighs barely anything at all. It definitely feels a lot more solid and the WiiU gamepad and even the Pro Controller is a huge step up from the WiiU version which wasn't that bad to begin with.

Our wifi at work (Even the public one for guests) doesn't allow Splatoon 2 to connect online. However tethering to my phone with one bar of signal worked perfectly. It must be ultra lightweight for network.

It's tick rate in the demo was 12.5hz so it's very light indeed.

So just bought my daughter a Nintendo switch and the left joycon zl button is hit and miss, you really have to press it hard to work. What's the procedure with Nintendo as I have seen people getting money back for this problem. My daughter won't be happy when I tell her the joycon will be away for two weeks or so. Does it matter where I bought it from to get compensation? I did buy it from argos but there sold out everywhere (grey console)

Cheers

I preordered my Switch literally minutes after they went on preorder on Amazon. I'm sad to say that was for a Grey Joycon version. The coloured preorders went on sale shortly after but at that point I didn't dare cancel my preorder so I've hung my head in shame and plodded on.

I just ordered a set of these
