He was "hilarious" in the FFXV thread, literally screaming constantly about how shit the game is even though he didn't own or hadn't played the game.

This is the most important bit.

 

All the graphical power in the world,  all the bells and whistles that MS and Sony have decided that games consoles need,  all that sound and fury,  are irrelevant. Nintendo consoles are for works of rare genius that cannot be played elsewhere so we accept that it'll never win a tetraflop race,  never be a media browser,  and never be anything other than a device to play Nintendo games but that concession does mean that we will be playing Zelda,  and Mario, and who knows what other finery over the next few years.

 

Nothing else matters really..

It's amazing that it's taken people this long to realise that tasting various metals isn't very nice at all. I mean come on FFS of all the things to make videos about. I bet someone will try and see what a live electric wire tastes of next for the next big console...

I'm totally going to taste the cartridge on Friday. 

 

I also fully expect more of these things to be swallowed than however many were before seeing as we all now have a reason to shove games cartridges in our  stupid mouths.

By all accounts even in portable mode it's more powerful than the Wii U - Zelda looks better and has no frame rate issues in portable mode unlike Wii U and that's got to be the clearest indicator esp as Zelda was a Wii U game first!

Or they got sued for patent infringement & decided to remove the triggers until the court case was settled.

 

Also, those triggers went into the controller body quite a way, difficult to do when you're designing teeny tiny controllers like the joycons.
