My current favourite version of Minecraft is the Vita... a bigger screen and switching between big telly when required would make the Switch version pretty much perfect.

I can't stop thinking about Monster Hunter on this thing.  It's going to be wonderful isn't it?

Amazon is saying 4th for Zelda since I changed my address last week. Anywhere else promising release date?

Same thing happened to me when I cancelled part of an order. Yesterday I ordered another copy from them and it is now going to be sent out for launch.

I've gone with Amazon and they've got delivery down as the 3rd.  Zelda seems to be out of stock, so I'll maybe go to another shop for that... I'll be, ahem, 'working' from home on Friday anyway.

This is getting negged but I guess if it's pushed up Nintendo's launch numbers that's great.  Buy some more!

No worries, I respect your opinion, but there will be a lot of people out there with a pile of junk they can trade in to CEX to get the Switch, yes, they will have them at a premium price, but you could take a whole load of shit in there and get one.

It's not in the spirit of the thing at all, but I want my machine a little cheaper :P

They're expansions. Originally they sold the game for a set price and gave away all of the expansions. In the future, they're going to be selling the main game for a lower set price, and the expansions for an extra fee. I think there will be a version of the game that includes all the expansions anyway so it's just a cheaper option for people who aren't sure they want the expansions.

Aha between that and the website I get it now.

There are three campaigns:

* Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope (original)

* Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows (first expansion)

* Shovel Knight: Spectre of Torment (second expansion, March 3rd for Switch, April for others)

If you own the original it gets converted to the new Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove for free (going to be $24.99 on Switch) that includes all the expansions. But you can just buy one campaign or another too for $9.99 each.

It's a shame that the original (that will become Treasure Trove) is on sale everywhere for $9.99 until March 2nd but I don't mind paying the extra to have it on the Switch.

Maybe not enough buyers. We are excited in this thread, but I don't think it will be a big seller in the UK. Maybe after a price cut and/or good bundle.

They've just rang me and said it's because they can't get security for the day, apparently something about training. By the sounds of it, they haven't got much stock left for people who haven't pre ordered.
