The problem with bomberman is that  I would rather have it on the SD card. And I expect the prices of the eShop to stay at ridiculous, or even ludicrous levels.

Oh, it is. Even a remake of Saturn Bomberman would have me pay £80 quite happily. In fact, I'd buy it over Zelda.

I think Bomberman is a brilliant game but this looks like a fairly lacklustre version.  Konami are clearly cashing in on launch day madness.   It's bargain bin fodder.

I've been quite good this time. My only folly is paying £40 for MK8 Deluxe.  A game I already own with all DLC.   But... that extra 1fps.

When they originally revealed 1, 2 Switch I thought it was going to be bundled with the console.. didn't seem like a standalone title.  Similar to how Wii Sports was.

I don't think I'll be getting Bomberman early on because it absolutely will be cheap down the line and, like 1,2 Switch, I'd rather own it digitally. I'm definitely after 1,2 Switch day-one, though.

It should have been bundled (pre-loaded).   Apparently with all the HD video it's quite a large file which would use up a fair chunk of the on-board storage in digital form.   This makes me think they never planned it to be pre-loaded.

I really think prospective buyers of 1, 2, Switch should at least try the game before they put their cash down.

I think it looks great! I'm sure I'll find it as entertaining as Johann Sebastian Joust and the like. Plus, since Zelda isn't going to make use of it, I'd like to own a game that uses the HD Rumble aspect of the JoyCon. I also want to milk an invisible cow.

I didn't have any interest in Johann Sebastian Joust, but I do want to try out that HD Rumble.

I'm now very tempted to buy 12 Switch for a weekend of milking and then trade it swiftly in.

I've tried to find a second reason to justify keeping my preorder, but other than Puyo Puyo Tetris, which is only confirmed for launch in Japan, Switch WILL be a £320 portable version of BotW until ARMS, MK8D and Splatoon 2 arrive. There's no point in spending even more money to try and deny that.

It's great, great fun but, of course, only really worth bothering with if you'll get the opportunity to play it with several others and ideally Move controllers (Luckily Sportsfriends has utterly classic two-player games included too). 1,2 Switch should bring that same joy of reading your opponents' expressions and causing each other to burst into fits of laughter. Glasgow's next GlesGames even is scheduled for the day after the Switch launch; I'm very much looking forward to 1,2 Switch at that.

I remember impressions said that firing bows felt great due to hd rumble.... But in an interview team said they couldn't take full advantage of the switchs unique features for this port. Perhaps hd rumble is there in pieces but not fully explored?

Honestly, they should've turned 1, 2 Switch into a WarioWare title with similar mini-games.  Would probably sell a lot more.

 

Also something completely unrelated: they should totally make a WarioWare game for the Switch.
